 Instructions
Your registration is required in order to participate in the 34th International Conference on Coastal Engineering.
We kindly request you to complete your registration by May 31(Sat), 2014.

Online registration is strongly recommended for the fastest and safest process. However, if you prefer to register offline, please send the completed form via fax(+82-2-6000-8190) or e-mail(info@icce2014.com).

After the completion of registration, a confirmation e-mail with all the registration details will be sent to you. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail within three days after your submission, please contact the Registration Office.

 Notes
- Pre-registration participants who only finalized the registration (without the payment) shall pay on-site registration fee.
- All participants are required to bring their identification for registration.
- Students are required to bring a copy of their student ID for registration (You can not copy the student ID on-site.)
- Only family member is considered as "Accompanying Person".
- Please note that registration fees do not cover accommodation and Optional Tour.

Registration fees include the following items:

- Student Registration : Technical Sessions, Technical Tours, Lunches and Coffees, Conference Proceedings.
- Accompanying Persons Registration : Technical Tours, Welcome Reception, Opening Ceremony, Informal Dinner, Closing Banquet.
- Short Courses Registration : Course Material, Lunch and Coffees.
 
 Payment Guideline
Registration Process
- Registration acknowledgement will be sent to you via e-mail within a few days after your online registration.
- Registration without appropriate payment will not be honored until full payment received.
- You can check the payment status of your registration on 'My page'.
- Your payment status will be updated from 'Payment needed' to 'Completed' within two weeks of receipt of your full payment.
Payment Method
  Payment of fees should be made using one of the following options:
  Credit Card
 
- Payment by credit card is available only through the online registration.
- The actual debit amount will be subject to change according to the exchange rate.
- VISA and Master and JCB cards are accepted. Please clearly state your credit card information.
- All service charges on credit card are to be paid by registrants.
- The merchant name on your credit card statement will be 'KCP' .
  Bank Transfer
 
- The sender's name should be the registrant's name.
- A copy of the bank remittance receipt should be sent by email to the registration office.
- Please note that the bank charge for remittance should be paid by the registrant, and the registrant's name should be clearly stated on the wire transfer.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
 
- Cancellation should be submitted in writing by e-mail(info@icce2014.com) or fax(+82-2-6000-8190) to the registration office before May 31(Sat). (Download the cancellation form)
- All bank services charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all congress registration refund.
- Please note that refunds will be made after the conference.
- Please refer to the following cutoff dated for cancellation.

 Invitation Letter
 
- We would like to inform you that the organizing committee will be pleased to provide an official invitation letter to those who need it for VISA application to visit Korea.
- The official invitation letter will be available to ONLY those who have completed registration payment.
- The letter is not a commitment on the part of the organizer to provide any financial support.
- This request will be processed as a part of the online registration system.
- Please check with the Korean Embassy in your country whether a notarized letter is required for visa issuance.
